Our classic like-a-virgin Vanilla Basque Cheesecake is made with tangy Australia Cream Cheese combined with pure vanilla paste. We held back on the sugar to keep things light and not-too-sweet and finished it off with a beautifully burnt top to contrast the smooth and molten center. Pure, simple and everything but plain.
